Cancellation and Refunds

Client Responsibilities

• Participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions and planning exercises

Confidentiality

We understand that our work together may involve sensitive business or personal information. Planotra commits to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
• Use client information only for the purpose of providing agreed-upon services
• Not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential information

Clients similarly agree to maintain confidentiality of Planotra's proprietary methods, frameworks, and business information.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, and materials developed by Planotra remain the intellectual property of Planotra. Clients receive a limited license to use these materials for their personal or organizational purposes as outlined in their service agreement.

Any materials, insights, or frameworks developed collaboratively during engagements will be owned by Planotra, though clients retain the right to use them for their intended purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Planotra's services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide valuable guidance and frameworks, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Clients acknowledge that:

• Success depends on many factors beyond our control, including client implementation and external circumstances
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions

Professional Standards

Planotra operates according to high professional standards and expects the same from clients. We reserve the right to terminate service relationships that involve:

• Unethical or illegal activities
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our team
• Failure to meet payment obligations
• Misrepresentation of information material to the engagement
